By placing an order with The TaJ Group, Inc. you are agreeing that you accept legal responsibility for owning the item you have ordered in the jurisdiction to which we deliver it.

Your rights and obligations under this Agreement and in using this Site are not assignable. Release, Assumption of Risk, and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement:
The TaJ Group, Inc. does not warrant that a person or company may legally sell, purchase, possess, or carry any and all items offered according to federal, state, or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to pocket knives, switchblades/automatic knives, knuckle knives, items having concealed blades, and double edged blades. We feel it is extremely important to comply with guidelines established by state laws. By purchasing any item from The TaJ Group, Inc. the buyer warrants that he is in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and is legally able to purchase these items.

Any attempt in entrapment by any law enforcement agency will be met with swift legal action. It is the responsibility of the buyer, NOT THE SELLER, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession and use of any item on this site. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.

Knives can be dangerous if improperly handled. Keep away from children. We strongly recommend that items purchased from TheTaJMall.com not be sold to minors without parental permission.
